    Disaster Recovery Strategy for EPM Cloud



      We are planning to implement EPM cloud - "Enterprise Performance Management Enterprise Cloud". We need some clarification regarding outage SLA and DR strategy. Please let me know if you have implemented the same and are aware of the following:


      1. If EPM cloud goes down, what is the SLA to bring it up?

      2. What are the Recovery Time / Recovery Point Objective?

      3. What is the Disaster Recovery strategy? With the new "Enterprise Performance Management Enterprise Cloud", it seems the DR environment is included in the subscription.

      4. Who is going to maintain the DR environment and what is the SLA to bring it up in case of any disaster?

      5. What is the replication model? Is it continuous replication with near zero loss of data?


      Please provide guidance and provide some documentation if you have any.
