My domain has expired 7 days ago. I was pretty sure we were on auto-renewal so i double checked the payment options. The payments showed working and the money is available for DYN. I then tried to manually renew and this always fails even though the bank says the money is available. I have contacted support and left several voicemail messages, in addition, to billing. I definitely need some help on this one as we are experiencing downtime.
