Is there any OUD 12c Plugin example or tutorial w/ source codes that I can use as reference? The only result from search that came up is "https://blogs.oracle.com/sduloutr/new-oud-source-code-plugin-examples " and the examples link had expired/removed with no content.

I am looking for a solution for OUD Password Change extended operation where a successful password change would update the user's shadowLastChange attribute w/ current date. I am thinking that a custom plugin can do the job.
