You can query mgmt$applied_patches to get the patch details.
Here is an example query i am posting for you:
select distinct a.target_name,a.host_name,b.patch,b.host,b.home_location,b.home_name
from mgmt$target a,MGMT$APPLIED_PATCHES b
and a.target_type in ('oracle_database','rac_database')
Based on your requirement you can customize the query.
Thanks a lot for your reply and this has given me the required result. Is there a way to read alert log also same like this from OEM like "reading alert log and displaying any errors in the website" that we have to query from the table and send mail to the owners about the error.
