          Hi,

          Please check for below reference doc id -

          While Applying Patch 9239090, Getting Error Failed: File Egomiavs.Ldt (Doc ID 1424533.1)

          Are you using any custom triggers in your environment on FND Tables? Once disabled, please restart patch with adctrl for worker to run job again.

          Regards,

          Maaz

            Thanks for the solution and it worked perfectly.

            SQL> select trigger_name, status from dba_triggers where table_name like '%FND_FLEX_VALUES%';

            TRIGGER_NAME                                                                                                                     STATUS

            -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------

            ASA_FND_FLEX_VALUES_TL_TR                                                                                                        ENABLED

            ALR_FND_FLEX_VALUES_0_57_IAR                                                                                                     ENABLED

            ALR_FND_FLEX_VALUES_0_57_UAR                                                                                                     ENABLED

            ASA_FND_FLEX_VALUES_TR                                                                                                           ENABLED

            performed below and restarted failed job.

            ALTER TRIGGER ASA_FND_FLEX_VALUES_TL_TR DISABLE;

            ALTER TRIGGER ALR_FND_FLEX_VALUES_0_57_IAR DISABLE;

            ALTER TRIGGER ASA_FND_FLEX_VALUES_TR DISABLE;

            ALTER TRIGGER ALR_FND_FLEX_VALUES_0_57_UAR DISABLE;

            i have disabled the triggers and then restarted the failed job and it went fine. Thanks for saving my time.
