The error suggests the spreadsheet may be too large to pull into memory. Are you using a client-side data store?
Suggest SFTP transfer of the file to the server and using a server-side data store, or converting to CSV and loading.
This is a Server-side data store.
We were able to read the file in EDQ 12.
We have recently upgraded our EDQ Version to 220.127.116.11 and are unable to read this file.
Appreciate if you could help us with this issue.
The issue occurs due to a safety measure in the driver used for Excel data that detects files which it deems to be 'unsafe'. I expect you are newly getting the issue (after upgrade) because the POI driver has been updated.
There must be something unusual about the xlsx file - perhaps size, or something similar.
I would recommend converting the file to CSV for the moment. If you have not done so already create an SR, as we may be able to work out how to change the driver properties to support the unusual file.
Iam not getting the error when -
1) Export the excel content to new file.
2) Rename new file to Original file
3) Move the file to the Server.
When I run the snapshots again iam not getting the error.
