How to transfer to another computer?

Maybe a beginner question, but I don't know the answer so I would ask someone experienced to help me. I followed the instructions from Prof. Mason's YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsVh1zLmQb0

everything is OK until I realized that I didn't really know how to transfer to another computer what I had done through the professor's instructions. : - /

What is the easiest way when I do modeling on one computer to transfer all to another computer?
