ORDS 19.4 release date

When is the release date for 19.4 -- as discussed in other threads some important performance fixes have been made in 19.4 and hence it is critical we get this update.

Hi,

ORDS release 19.4 is not yet made available to public knowledge.
the latest release is Version 19.2.0.199.1647; August 1, 2019
