Can the manager complete the learning on behalf of their direct report?

If the employee is not completing his learning item (course), can the manager complete the same on their behalf?

          From The documentation:

          Oracle® Learning Management

          User Guide

          Release 12.1

          Part No. E13520-15

          https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e13520.pdf

          Self-Service Interfaces  Page 10-3

          It reads:

Can a manager play the online course to which an employee is enrolled?

No. In the Manager Self Service pages, a manager can view the employee's current

learning and learning history, but cannot play an online course in which the employee

is enrolled (unless they themselves are enrolled).

Another good resource may be the note below:

If you are having an issue where the learner completes the course but is still showing as incomplete, please open a new Service Request for review as this scenario can be due to code defect or other data corruption.

If the information above answer your questions please mark the post as answered.
