    Simphony 18.2 - Clear totals


      Hi team,


      I have a question, when I tried do the Clear Total process from EMC the system show me the follow message:

      "Sending Clear Total Request: 1. Inserting into Clear Table....Please check log(./EGatewayLog/log_[xx].txt) for details on the failed task.." But I have not access to this log file because this installation is in Cloud. Could you help me with this topic? why is this problem?
