I am trying to follow the normal documentation of export files of Simphony & IM, however as per documentation "Admin schedule should run from "M organization"
any one can send me a documentation to do schedule export from cloud environment to be able to integrate with BO.
for Cloud customers you have to open a ticket with the cloud team:
Customer should open a ticket with support with referencing the need for the Standard Export Schedule + attaching the filled form Standard RA GL Export v1.17 Questionnaire.xlsx
(partner manager should be able to send this document to you).
Support will liase with cloud team.
