Hoping someone can chase up the support team for me as I have raised 2 ticketrs regarding this issue (01171932 and 01174700). Basically we are in the middle of migrating all of our domains away from DYN and originally I logged a ticket just requesting that the IPS tag be updated with Nominet for our .uk domains and also requesting a hold on trhe auotmated transfer to name.com given we were already migratimng ourselves.
I have had no response to several email updates and vociemails regarding this and have today logged on to dyn.com to discover that I cannot manage our doamins as they are mid transfer to name.com. Really need to speak to someone about this urgently as we have live customer domains involved here.
