I'm having exactly the same problem.
i'm being sent canned responses to go to my domain registration page, but I can't get the auth code from there, as it is blocked.

Have you gone through the initial onboard process with Name.com first? Now that everything is transferred you will need to handle it on their side. Working through this myself.
Looks like I mixed up notification about name.com with standard cookie agreement.
