it's a very simple window, although it will let you Shutdown the Database
it shows your tablespaces, how big they are, and your SGA and PGA memory allocations
for a more modern take on managing your database, see the View > DBA panel. All of that was added starting in version 3 or 3.1 of SQL Developer and is much more mature/complete than this screen
Thanks for the information, When am going through the path from SQL Developer Tool —> Database Properties —> Manage Database it is showing SGA , PGA Sizes and its current and Target allocations.
Kindly let me know, How it allows me to SHUTDOWN the database?

If you connect AS SYSDBA, then Manage Database will will display a Shutdown button immediately to the right of the Refresh button.
