I sent a mail to email@example.com to cancel our managed dns service the 2nd of January. I also created a support ticket for the same issue in the portal.
I havent received any response...
....and, I just got a confirmation mail saying that the payment for the period 01/08/2020-02/07/2020 was successfully proccessed.
Guys, what is going on?
