From Your post is not clear where you try see SR ( Dashboard or Service Requests tab).
In Service requests tab you can select show or not closed SR, and specify for which CSI you want see request.
By default, Service requests tab do not show closed SR.
In case problem with permissions for see SR, you shoud open not techical SR or call to support by phone.
