          Hi,

Frankly, I have not tried that but I think it will say there is an activie ADOP cycle if you try fs_clone without running cleanup. fs_clone will not run cleanup so I think it will fail.

            Try it

          Thanks,

          Vishnu

Tried it in a test environment single node r12.2.7

I observed that adop phase=fs_clone implicitly did call adop cleanup phase.

              Test-case -

              1. Performed an empty patching cycle till cutover -

              adop phase=prepare,finalize,cutover

              2. Ran adop phase=fs_clone

              Snippet -

              Checking for pending cleanup actions.

Running cleanup as it was not run in previous patching cycle.
