HTTPD process stop for dumping core file - caught SIGTERM, shutting down

    Muralish

      Hi,

We have recently migrated the user PC from windows 7(Microsoft excel 2010) to windows 8.1(excel 2013).

After that when we export Oracle EBS 11.5.9(Database 9.2.0.5.0) forms data, the fnd_gfm.xls file is getting downloaded successfully. But if we open the file directly from the below popup menu its getting the below error in apache error log file and shutting down the apache forms server. However if we save the file in local PC by using "Save as" option then there are no issues.

Any help to resolve this issue would be great help. Thanks.

Note - Both the way the fnd_gfm.xls file is opened successfully.
