Unable to reset password for non-admin users in EDQ 12.2.1.3 Admin console, Can someone please assis

Hi All,

We had recently configured EDQ 12.2.1.3 and able to create new users in EDQ Admin console.

However We are unable to reset any non-admin user password. Can someone please assist on fixing this.

Just FYI, We did not integrate EDQ with our AD.
