You can use below approach to capture the Commit Sequence Number (CSN) of the transaction. Similarly you can capture transaction ID, by replacing below with XID
Use tokens On Extract side:
TOKENS (TKN-CSCN = @GETENV('TRANSACTION','CSN'));
On replicat, map the token for each table
CSCN$ = @TOKEN('TKN-CSCN')
Note that you need a column to be added to each table to capture this information.

Tokens my friend is powerful tool in Goldengate.
as correctly mentioned in another reply you can use @getenv("ORATRANSACTION","SCN)
