subdomain always redirecting to main domain

Hi,

My subdomain is redirecting to main domain. I don't understand why.

I don't have any dns record that do this redirection.

How can I fix this problem or how can I investigate to find the solution .

Your best bet is to post your subdomain name (and maybe the main domain name) here, so that somebody else can dive into it to find the reason for the problem.

Alternatively raise a support ticket from within your account dashboard.
