      If yes what is the function of each and how to resize:

      If you have any information about them in other OS thanks to share it with me.

          Pretty vague question.  Perhaps if you were to give a little more background on the problem you are trying to solve . . .

          Lacking that, all I can suggest is this.

            Do the following files exist in Linux:

            If not LInux then what are you looking at? Is this another AIX question?

             

            DISCARD and PROCESS are mailbox folders, perhaps created by the Oracle Workflow Notification Mailer. Please check the documentation. Normally you should be able to go into the user's mail account and delete those messages.
