I don’t know if this is the right section to post about this matter, but I cannot access my oracle cloud dashboard, the console link "https://myservices-“accountname”.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/cloudportal/gettingStarted" doesn't work and I cannot access my cloud dashboard. I’m getting this error instead:
This site can’t be reached
myservices-“accountname”.console.oraclecloud.com’s server IP address could not be found.
• Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
How do I solve this? Or where can I exactly submit a support ticket to oracle about this matter?
