Yes, that's possible. But unless you are an IT archaeologist, you should use the current XE version instead, which is 18c.
You should use the latest release (18c) that has many enhancements.

11g is too old and the Installer will probably fail on any recent OS. 18c XE is your better option, but you still need to read the installation documentation to find out if your office computer is supported. If you need more help you need to provide more details. You can also install Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, provided it is for your own evaluation and private study purpose.
