EPMA, shared dimensions.
Hey Ted - so EPMA Dimension Server being IIS driven also has some out of EPM registry config settings. A couple things to look at are the IIS tuning settings and the specific EPMA export options.
I would eyeball the IIS settings in the standard EPM tuning guide first. Make sure they're all up to minimums per the doc. This is for 188.8.131.52/184.108.40.206 however it applies for 220.127.116.11 as well.
Next thing is take a look at the KB below. I copied the snippet of the solution in here as well. That could be causing you some headaches, worth a quick check on the settings.
Oracle Support Document 2021601.1 (EPMA LCM Exports Error: "Action Time Out") can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2021601.1
The issue is caused by low setting of DEPLOY_PENDING_TIMEOUT_MINUTES in the AwbConfig.properties
The solution is to increase the value of DEPLOY_PENDING_TIMEOUT_MINUTES in the AwbConfig.properties
We internally make use of this parameter also while running epma export job (apart from, in running deploying job.) initiated as part of EPMA LCM export artifacts.
Please change following:
Restart EPM Services and re-try your LCM export
Lastly - increase your Shared Services migration options for LCM (Shared Services -> Administration Menu -> Migration Options. Make sure your errors threshold is 5000 or higher..
See if any fo these help. if not, let us know!
