Customers are using it, so will let them comment on how they use it, but regarding the token issue you are experiencing - two questions please for more information:
(1) is your Unifier self-hosted on-premise or are we Oracle hosting it for you?
(2) are you planning to use DocuSign or Adobe for your signatures?
I do have and SR in. This is on the cloud. Trying with DocuSign. Still looking for a demonstration of the functionality

I checked your SR with us and from what I can tell from the meeting you had with the Support Eng on Monday, you should now be able to use DocuSign.
The root cause was our Cloud Team had to make sure the proper DocuSign certificates were applied to your hosted environment.
If, however, DocuSign still does not work, let us know in your SR, well or here if you want, and I will be keeping an eye on your SR to make sure we get this working for you.
As far as examples, as Jeff noted, please contact your Sales person or your CSM and they will be able to get you info on how DocuSign is being used.
