Update -Move order line- Allocated quantity through API- Pls help

1. Please help in finding the API through which I can update the allocated quantity of a move order line?

2. Sales order & move order has been created after the release & quantity has been allocated on the move order line &

3. These are RDBMS: 11.2.0.4.0 and Oracle Applications: 12.1.3.

4. I am facing issues during pick confirm for partial quantities e.g request quantity is 100 but the warehouse fulfilled only 20. (Case of the serialized item) . In this case, every time I need to use the move order form below to update the quantity & process through API nv_move_order_pub.get_move_order for pick confirm which I do not want - so looking for API which could be used. Any valuable feedback appreciated.
