sql developer "generate db documentation" issue

With my sql developer (versione 19.4.0.354) i'm unable to generate correctly db documentation.

There aren't errors when it create schema files but I have this problem at the end:

There isn't table html files!

Why? I have reinstalled SQL developer with new last version but ...
