    Unable to activate and start Transaction Manager in R122

      Hello, we try to activate and start Transaction Manager (which we need FastFormular Transaction Manger in)  in R122 from OAM, but it has been show "Activating State for many hours, the request was showed "Completed" immediately when we submit the requests, when we try to view logs nd output, it says "no logs" or "no output" .. can you please confirm if this is normal? if so, how long it takes to get them up? if not. what else we need to have it activate and start ? Thank you very much!
