Is there really a bug in 19.12.5 that prevents you from seeing the records?
Based on a discussion with support this is not a problem in 19.12.5 cloud version.

I am sorry you have had this issue.
This is often a Chrome issue from what I have witnessed with customers on various versions.
A couple suggestions:
- If utilizing Chrome, try another browser such as IE, Edge or Firefox.
- If working in those, check your add ins, turn them off one at a time, and see if that improves the issue.
- If working in other browsers, clear all cache for the browser with the issue.
- Some have had to uninstall Chrome and reinstall to see an improvement.
