There are 4x300 GB HDDs in above faulted server with mirroring enabled and SVM working with Solaris 10

We have a spare M3000 server, and the motherboard in our spare is part number CA07082-D074 /542-0436-01 05  (which has a VII+ processor)., which is higher than the faulty motherboard part number CA07082-D051 E0 /541-4281-05  (which has a VII processor).

Can you confirm whether the higher version motherboard would be compatible to replace the faulty motherboard without data/OS loss in the existing 4x300 GB HDDs which were running fine in the M3000 server in production before the apparent motherboard fault?

Urgent reply will be highly appreciated
