No, works on my installations of 20.2 (Windows and macOS). Try to "Window -> Reset Windows To Factory Settings".

Had same problem after upgrade from 19.2 to 20.2. Reset helped for me as well
BTW: After reset, the pane "Reports" appeared as well...
