with Oracle Report Builder 10. how to print a frame only in last page at the end of the page

Hy,

I am developing an invoice form, I would like to print 3 frames always at the end of the page, if I have an invoice where on the first page I only have lines, on the second page I would like these 3 frames to be always printed at the bottom of the page.
