I am getting an error message "Putaway Plan ID not found" when trying to integrate the Putaway transaction from the IB to the SCM Integration BCT tables. How do I go about setting up the Putaway Plan ID?
When I ran the Putaway Plan Report, the Putaway Plan ID was displayed, however the Plan ID did not interface into the Staging table ( STAGED_ITEM_INV.PUTWY_PLAN_ID) nor was it populated in the BCT lookup table.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
