ILM assistance cannot be opend after installation

      Hi guys,
I've installed the Application express, the oracle HTTP server (from the 10G companion CD) and the ILM assistance and I can't access the htmldb.

      DB version is

this is my how my dad.conf and marvel.conf looks like:

      Alias /i/ "C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\http_1\Apache\A\Apache\images/"

      AddType text/xml .xbl
      AddType text/x-component .htc

      <Location /pls/htmldb>
      SetHandler pls_handler
      Order deny,allow
      Allow from all
      AllowOverride None
      PlsqlDatabaseUsername HTMLDB_PUBLIC_USER
      PlsqlDatabasePassword zeta
      PlsqlDatabaseConnectString marina:1521:zeta ServiceNameFormat
      PlsqlDefaultPage htmldb
      PlsqlDocumentTablename wwv_flow_file_objects$
      PlsqlDocumentPath docs
      PlsqlDocumentProcedure wwv_flow_file_manager.process_download
      PlsqlAuthenticationMode Basic

I've also added the follwing line to my httpd.conf:
      include "C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\http_1\Apache\modplsql\conf\marvel.conf"

in the appache log file I have seen the following errors:

      [Wed Oct 25 14:52:43 2006] [error] [client] [ecid: 1161780763:,0] mod_plsql: /mrds/development_service_home HTTP-404 ORA-04063: package body "SYS.HTP" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

[Wed Oct 25 15:20:47 2006] [notice] FastCGI: process manager initialized
[Wed Oct 25 15:20:51 2006] [error] [client] [ecid: 1161782451:,0] mod_plsql: DAD '/pls/htmldb' is disabled because of misconfiguration. Please refer to the log entries during server startup up for more information.

in addition I've seen that there are some invalid packages in my sys schema (including the sys.htp) , I tried to compile them but I couldn't (it gaves me errors)
does anybody know how to repair those sys packages?

          well, I've figured that out.
I removed all the previous installation
and installed everything from fresh according to the following documentation
          and it works fine:

for the installation of the ILM I used the
          Oracle ILM Assistant Installation guide.
