    Do i have to build adapter not found in Oracle Adapter Library ?

      What if i dont see the adapter in the Oracle Adapter Library at

      http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/integration/adapters/pdf/DS_AdapterLibrary.pdf

      Does that mean i have to build one? i am looking for Peregrine and ViaTil, adapters.?

          Have you checked out other adapter on the platform?
          Depending on the applications connection possibilties you can also check the following options:

          * db-adapter if you have acess to the datamodel you can read/insert/update records in the database directly. Or create a PL/SQL procedure to act as an API an deliver the transactions via the db-adapter to the API.

          * ftp-adapter to create a file if the application supports file import/export

          * If the application support webservices you can build a webservice on the application and use a http-adapter to deliver data (although a webservice is probably not suitable if you talk about high-volume transactions)
