OC4J Configuration issue??????????????

I have just installed Oracle Database 10g R1 on Redhat Enterprise 4
and I receive this error wen I try 2 start the enterprise manager dbconsole process.

[oracle@derick ~]$ emctl status dbconsole
OC4J Configuration issue. /u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_derick_TSH1 not found.
[oracle@derick ~]$


But isqlplus runs successfully. How can I go about this situation?
