"Wrong Number or types of arguments" for Boolean Parameter

I'm using Visual Basic 6 to call a Package Stored Procedure by using OO4O code wizard.
The Stored Procedure contains IN & OUT parameter.

      Procedure testSP(
      P1 IN Varchar2,
      P2 IN Number,
      P3 IN Date,
      T1 OUT Number,
      T2 OUT Date,
      T3 OUT Boolean)

I encountered an error message by calling this procedure,
"SQL execution error, ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguements in call to 'testSP' "

I'm did tried to call a procedure without parameter with "Boolean" data type. It is work.

So, I'm suspecting are there any special method to pass the "Boolean" type of parameter.
