Does JDeveloper10g 10.1.3 support J2ME?

Hi Guys,

I want to develope a App on J2ME paltform?

I have checked Oracle JDeveloper10g about this thing.

It is said to download JWE and copy to lib\extension, it will automatiocally install,

However, it gives me a lot of error,

No class def found for addin oracle.panama.jdev.wireless.JWEConfig
No class def found for addin oracle.panama.jdev.j2meemulators.DeviceReg
....

I am not sure, is it because of version problem?
since I can only download J10g(9.0.5)version, currently my running version
is 10.1.3

Please tell me how to install J2ME support guide?
