Does Oracle database 10g 10.2.0.1.0 support IPv6?

In http://www.usipv6.com/2003arlington/presents/Marshall_Presser.pdf, it says that Oracle database 10g will support IPv6 in a future update.

I searched on this website....someone said it might not be supported until 11g.

Any official announcement? Thanks a million!!
