ORA-23419 Regenerate Replication Support

580663Jul 5 2007 — edited Jul 5 2007
I am trying to configure replication between two databases that previously had replication between them at one point. During our development, things have changed and reinstalls of software have taken place. So, I am attempting to reinitiate replication. I stopped cetain jobs between the databases, etc., etc. In hopes to erase any data that might exist and then build up replication through the OEM tool via "Advanced Replication".

I have setup three groups, one of which gets to the "Generated" state, but the other two groups can not get to that "Generated" state. Several times I have selected "Generate Replication Support" in the objects tab for each of these groups, but the Generation status always goes back to "Need Generation".

There seems to be something interfering with these tables getting to a "Generated" state.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
