accessing global agenda results in "Service temporarily unavailable"

Greetings,

We are running Oracle Calendar 10.1.2.4, standalone. I have enabled the option "Allow Global Agenda Viewing" in my preference and am able to email the link to my agenda to others. However, whenever we try to access that link, it always results in "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." error. I also see errors like below in my ocas_log file:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DATE = Wed Sep 19 16:02:29 2007
PID = 12486
TID = 3
LEVEL = error
CLASS = Error::System::SecurityService
CODE = 0022-00-00-00000004
MSG = The Security service generated a Zecurity Toolkit (ZT) error : -1013.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DATE = Wed Sep 19 16:02:29 2007
PID = 12486
TID = 3
LEVEL = error
CLASS = Error::Data::CalConnection
CODE = 0001-01-00-00013209
MSG = You do not have the required access rights to perform this operation.

LEVEL = error
CLASS = Error::System::Html::Legacy
CODE = 0021-01-00-00013209

Anyone has any idea what the problem is or where to look?

Thanks!

    Sorry, no answer, but we have exactly the same trouble in my office.

    We have a single server (10.1.2.3), managing 5 nodes. Strangely, the URL works on some nodes but not on other nodes !

    The trouble is with the "xen=" part. If I replace the faulty string with a working one, the url works !

    Does anybody have more knowledge about the way the url is generated ?

    Do we have to enable external access to nodes ?
    If yes, where ?

    Thanks.

    I reply to myself.
    Finally, I have put a SR on Oracle and they have patched some calendar database files.

    They had to do it for each "faulty" node, and the patched addresses were not always the same, so no universal answer to correct the trouble.

    Now public access URL's work fine for us.

    Strangely, the faulty nodes were Linux-based nodes in our previous OCS 9.X installation, whereas good nodes were Solaris-based nodes and so have had to be modified due to big versus little endian byte order between Solaris/SPARC and Linux/x86.
