cost for extended support

Can someone give me a ballpark cost for extended support.

I am trying to decide if it would be more cost effective to upgrade 9i to 10g this year or push it off until next year and pay for support after July.

I know the answer is "contact your sales rep" but I am just looking for a rough estimate of a monthly cost, maybe what some of you paid for 8i extended support.
