Find Data in Range(10)

Dear all Experts

I would like to find value in range (10) of my input number.
if i input 4, 7, 13 , .. &input_number

input_number range(10)
1 1, 10
4 1, 10
7 1, 10
13 11, 20
32 31, 40
39 31, 40
100 91, 100
157 151, 160
234 231, 240

... .. , ..
