Oracle Forms Builder extreamly slow - Issue or normal opperation?

Honestly, I don't know if this is a issue, or if the Oracle Form Builder 10g is actually incredibly - SLOW.

I mean click on a window, and the whole ap repaints it self - and you sit there and watch as one little button after another gets painted - try resizing or moving a window, expect to spend 15 minutes for a simple operations that would take 1 second anywhere else.

The IDE is virtually unusable -and my laptop is not the weakness either - it has 2 processors, 2 gig of ram, 40 gig of hard drive space and I run other IDE's like eclipse, WorkShop, NetBeans excetera with no issues at all - just this FORMS Builder is awfully slow.

Is it just me or is the product really this bad?
