          The event "SQL*Net message from client" means that the server is waiting for a new command/message from the client process.

          One use of this event is to determine how long each connection has been idle by running the following query:
          SQL> select sid, seconds_in_wait
          from v$session_wait
          where state='WAITING' and event='SQL*Net message from client'
          order by seconds_in_wait desc;
