HTTP 401 Unauthorized Error When Pushing and Pulling from Content DB

      SOA App Server:
      Content Server:

We have a web service that is being used to access Content DB running in a SOA environment. In this web service we have methods that work perfectly fine creating folders and deleting assets but for the methods that to push and pull files we are getting an HTTP 401 Unauthorized error (snippet below). However, pushing and pulling files in a test case in JDev works fine. Any ideas? I can provide more details if needed. Thanks.
