Siebel 7.7 Installation and Configuration

Dear Friends,

I tried installing Siebel 7.7 on Windows 2003 Server SP2 with SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition. But every times i got failed. It was giving an error message stating that Setup through Install Base. Can anybody suggest me the Step by Step process of Siebel 7.7 Installation and configuration.
