Only I wanted to update you that I received same message when I tried
to add host through IE 7 web browser and also through obtool and mkhost command
SSL fatal alert during negotation
After new installation in Path D:\OSB\Backup\db\wallet
I have following files:
What about the C:\ path, does that too exist and contain files?
Can you restart the Oracle Secure Backup service and try again?
There is no Path exist in C:\ at all.
I restarted Oracle Secure Backup through Administrative tools --> Services
but the problem is exist.
Can you post your /etc/hosts file, and also try the following :
obtool mkhost --ip <ip address of AAA> AAA
Can you also post the last few lines of /usr/tmp/observiced.log
For your admin server XXX, I would also suggest you use the IP address in the host configuration IP Interface Name(s).
The problem solved. It was a problem with IP interface name(s) section
in host configuration. I added IP Address instead of Server Name.
Thanks for your help to solve my problem.
We do not have Oracle Secure Backup license but we have Oracle Database 10g
License. Do you think that we will face to problem if we would use this
product in our practical environment?
I meet the same problem, how do you add the IP Address ?
I suggest you make a new post listing your exact configuration and the error you are seeing.
