This problem has me stumped. On a Windows XP SP2 computer with Palm Desktop 4.1.4, HotSync Manager 6.0.1 and Oracle Calendar Sync for Palm 10.1.2, the Oracle Calendar Sync conduits do not appear in Hot Sync Manager and syncing does not occur with Oracle Calendar. I have tried uninstalling both Palm Desktop and Oracle Calendar Sync (including removing/deleting directories and registry keys), reinstalling both apps and creating a new profile--no joy. One thread on here mentioned deleting the following files in Windows\system32 directory:
These files did not exist on the computer (after uninstalling). Maybe I am missing some other files or registry keys that need to be deleted before a reinstall? I would love to hear from any of you that can offer some ideas on how to resolve this.
